What You'll Be Doing
As a valued member of the arenaflex team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our market research operations and maintaining our reputation for excellence. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Online Data Entry & Documentation: Accurately input, verify, and maintain data in our secure online systems. You will be responsible for ensuring data integrity and consistency across all platforms.
- Customer Support via Email: Respond to client inquiries through our online ticket response system. You will communicate professionally with customers using provided best-practice templates while personalizing responses to address specific needs.
- Survey Participation & Review: Assist in the completion and review of various online surveys, product evaluations, and service assessments. Your attention to detail will ensure the quality of our research data.
- Market Research Support: Contribute to various research projects by gathering, organizing, and analyzing information from online sources. You will become an integral part of multiple client organizations.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and tasks completed. This includes following established procedures for data handling and confidentiality.
- Quality Assurance: Review your own work and that of peers to ensure adherence to quality standards and client specifications.
Important Technical Requirements:
- You must have access to a personal computer (PC or Mac) that is no older than 3-4 years old to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Work must be completed on your personal, secure internet connection. Public computers or public WiFi networks cannot be used for security reasons.
- You may utilize your own 3G or 4G secured mobile data systems if needed, though you will be responsible for managing data usage.
