Data Entry Specialist (Excel) – Split Names & Addresses into Columns

I am looking for a detail-oriented data entry specialist to clean and organize a real estate spreadsheet containing approximately 5,700 records.

This job is strictly data formatting and column parsing.

You will take data that is currently combined in single cells and separate it into the correct columns.

Scope of Work

You will be working with 2 main columns:

Owner Name (currently in one cell)

Owner Mailing Address (currently in one cell)

Your tasks

1. Split Owner Name into:

First Name

Last Name

2. Split Owner Mailing Address into:

Street Address

City

State

Zip Code

Important Notes

❌ No need to verify anything online

❌ No property research required

❌ Do NOT modify the property address column

✅ Focus only on organizing data into the correct columns

✅ Accuracy and consistency are very important

Owner Name:

SMITH JOHN

→ First Name: John

→ Last Name: Smith

Owner Address:

123 MAIN ST PENSACOLA, FL 32501

→ Street: 123 MAIN ST

Ideal Candidate

Experience with Excel or Google Sheets

Experience with data entry and data cleaning

Familiar with U.S. address formatting

High attention to detail

Able to follow instructions exactly
