Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Assistant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating our critical business databases with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism. Your daily responsibilities will include:


  • Information Collection and Gathering: Systematically gather invoices, statements, reports, personal details, documents, and essential information from employees across various departments, as well as from our valued clients and external partners. This includes reviewing documents for relevant details, extracting key information, and determining the appropriate categorization and storage location.

  • Data Validation and Error Correction: Examine existing data for inaccuracies, duplicates, or inconsistencies. Correct any identified errors and organize information in a manner that will optimize swift and accurate capturing in our databases. Your keen eye for detail will ensure data integrity throughout our systems.

  • Spreadsheet Management: Create, maintain, and update accurate spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel. This includes formatting data appropriately, creating formulas when necessary, and ensuring all spreadsheet documentation meets arenaflex's quality standards.

  • Database Entry and Updates: Enter new information into relevant databases while simultaneously updating existing records to reflect the most current information available. You will ensure all entries are completed promptly to maintain database currency.

Essential Qualifications
