We are currently looking for a <strong>Data Architect</strong> to join a growing team focused on building scalable data solutions and driving data-driven decision-making across the organization.</p>
<p>This is a key role for a senior professional who can bridge business and technology, define data strategy, and guide implementation within a modern Microsoft-based data ecosystem.</p>
<p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
Design and lead the implementation of scalable and efficient <strong>data architectures</strong> aligned with business goals
</li>
<li>
Translate business requirements into <strong>technical data solutions</strong>, defining clear specifications and data models
</li>
<li>
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment across teams
</li>
<li>
Act as the <strong>technical leader</strong> within a cross-functional team, guiding a Data Engineer, Power BI specialist, and Product stakeholders
</li>
<li>
Oversee the development and optimization of <strong>data pipelines and workflows</strong> using Azure-based tools
</li>
<li>
Ensure best practices in <strong>data governance, data quality, and performance optimization</strong>
</li>
<li>
Enable and support <strong>data visualization initiatives</strong>, particularly through Power BI
</li>
<li>
Contribute to the evolution of the platform toward <strong>advanced analytics and machine learning capabilities</strong>
</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What You’ll Bring</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
5+ years of experience in <strong>data architecture, data engineering, or similar roles</strong>
</li>
<li>
Strong hands-on experience with <strong>Power BI</strong> for data visualization and reporting
</li>
<li>
Experience working with <strong>Azure Data Factory</strong> and the Microsoft data ecosystem
</li>
<li>
Solid understanding of <strong>data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data pipeline design</strong>
</li>
<li>
Experience working in <strong>cloud environments</strong>, preferably Azure
</li>
<li>
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
</li>
<li>
Proven ability to <strong>define architecture and guide implementation</strong> within small to mid-sized teams
</li>
<li>
Advanced English level - C1.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
Exposure to <strong>AI/ML initiatives</strong> or building data platforms that support machine learning use cases
</li>
<li>
Experience integrating <strong>backend data systems with visualization layers</strong>
</li>
<li>
Familiarity with <strong>modern development practices</strong>, including AI-assisted or agent-based workflows
</li>
<li>
Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams
</li>
