What You'll Do

Our E2E Delivery team is on a mission to empower colleagues through transparency and real-time access to data and insights. As a Data Analyst, you'll play a critical role in achieving this vision by developing a deep understanding of transportation dynamics, driver behavior, and customer preferences. Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute retail experiments to test new delivery features, optimize routing algorithms, and evaluate customer experience initiatives


• Build dashboards and metrics for innovative client recommendations such as expedited shipping, same-day delivery, and contactless delivery options


• Conduct root cause analysis to identify the primary reasons for delivery delays, exceptions, or customer complaints, then develop actionable recommendations to prevent recurrence


• Analyze performance differences across stores, markets, and regions to identify best practices and areas for improvement
