Data Analyst

They are seeking a collaborative and analytical Data Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using data from the enterprise data warehouse to support stakeholder needs
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements, define metrics, and translate questions into analytical solutions
• Support ad hoc analytical requests in a timely and accurate manner
• Validate and quality-check data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of reporting
• Present insights and recommendations in a clear, concise, and actionable way to stakeholders
• Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment, context, and impact of analyses

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 1–3+ years of experience in a related role (e.g., analytics, finance, strategy)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated team player who takes ownership and accountability for analysis and outcomes
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and visualizations
• Experience building reports and dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools
• Working knowledge of SQL preferred
• Experience working with large datasets and/or data warehouses
• Curiosity for uncovering insights and a strong passion for learning and continuous improvement
