Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat

Assist customers with their inquiries related to prescriptions, medical services, and insurance benefits

Process and manage prescription orders accurately and efficiently

Collaborate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to resolve issues

Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations

Document all customer interactions and actions taken in our systems

Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus

Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, or insurance preferred

Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
