  • Technical Navigation: Proficiency in using our customer relationship management (CRM) systems, order management platforms, and various digital tools to document interactions and track customer information.


  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with team members, supervisors, and other departments (including logistics, sales, and product teams) to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve escalated issues.
