The Customer Support Representative I will assist customers through various channels, process orders, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience.


Responsibilities

  • Support customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Process orders, returns, and account updates with accuracy
  • Help customers with shipping, delivery tracking, and issue resolution
  • Partner with teams across Operations, Sales, and Purchasing
  • Keep customer information organized and up to date
  • Look for ways to improve processes and the overall customer experience

Skills

  • Experience in customer service, call center, or order entry (1–2+ years preferred)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office; ERP/CRM experience is a plus
