An enterprise client is seeking a freelancers to support high-volume hardware shipping and logistics inquiries. The selected candidates will assist with customer communication, internal coordination, and resolving delivery-related issues across multiple channels.
Job Description
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding shipping timelines and delivery status
Manage internal support requests from sales and operations teams
Communicate delays or issues clearly and professionally to both customers and stakeholders
Track and document interactions within CRM systems
Support additional operational tasks related to hardware distribution as needed
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain logistical or technical issues clearly.
Prior experience in customer service or support roles
Reliable access to a PC or Mac with strong internet connectivity (Chromebooks/iPads not supported)
Highly prefer candidates to have:
Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Zendesk
Experience working in logistics, shipping, or hardware-related environments
Ability to maintain consistent performance in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
