Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service via various channels, including email, chat, phone, and social media.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Assist customers with product selections, order placements, and tracking information.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our support system.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably within the e-commerce or DTC sector.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and tools.
  • Must be available to work following US timezone.
