We're looking for a strategic, results-driven Customer Success Manager – Produce to serve as the trusted bridge between arenaflex and our valued customers. What You'll Do at arenaflex
As a Customer Success Manager – Produce at arenaflex, you'll serve as more than an account manager—you'll become an integral part of our customers' success story. Your mission is to ensure every customer extracts maximum value from our reusable packaging solutions while building lasting partnerships that drive mutual growth.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Building
- Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders including buyers, growers, produce distributors, and warehouse operations teams across the agricultural supply chain
- Lead comprehensive quarterly business reviews that showcase program performance, identify expansion opportunities, and demonstrate tangible return on investment
- Design and deliver tailored training sessions to help customers optimize their RPC (Returnable Packaging Container) program performance and operational efficiency
- Champion customer feedback initiatives including NPS surveys, satisfaction assessments, and Voice of the Customer programs to gather actionable insights
- Serve as the primary escalation point for customer concerns, ensuring swift resolution and maintaining high satisfaction levels
Order Management & Asset Optimization
- Proactively communicate order updates, shipment status, and delivery timelines to ensure seamless coordination between arenaflex and customer operations
- Expertly manage seasonal transitions, understanding the unique demands of produce industry cycles from planting through harvest and distribution
- Reconcile inventory, track returns, and monitor asset utilization using advanced analytics tools including Power BI and Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Collaborate closely with our Asset Management team to ensure timely recovery, maintenance, and redeployment of returnable packaging assets
- Identify and address asset flow challenges to minimize loss and maximize循环利用率 (circular utilization rate)
Financial Oversight & Commercial Acumen
- Manage complete account setup processes including pricing configuration, contract documentation, and system onboarding
- Oversee credit approval processes and work collaboratively with Finance to resolve any accounts receivable challenges
- Analyze customer financial performance and provide insights on pricing optimization, cost-saving opportunities, and value enhancement
- Maintain deep knowledge of competitive packaging trends, market dynamics, and emerging industry solutions
- Develop customer-specific proposals that align arenaflex solutions with unique business requirements and growth objectives
Strategic Growth & Market Development
- Partner with Sales leadership to identify and pursue expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Support new program rollouts, from initial concept through full-scale implementation and ongoing optimization
- Provide strategic advisory on delivery scheduling, SKU complexity management, and seasonal demand forecasting
- Analyze customer feedback and operational data to recommend continuous improvement initiatives
- Contribute to strategic account planning and long-term relationship roadmaps
Reporting, Analytics & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Leverage customer dashboards and performance reports to track KPIs, identify trends, and drive data-informed decisions
- Partner with the Director of Produce and cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, Finance, and Product Development
- Contribute to weekly team updates, monthly performance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Participate in industry events, customer visits, and strategic planning sessions
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a professional who combines industry expertise with exceptional relationship skills and a passion for driving customer success. The ideal candidate will bring a track record of managing complex accounts in the produce, packaging, logistics, or transportation sectors.
Essential Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Agriculture, or a related field
- Experience: 5-10+ years of progressive experience in customer account management within the produce, packaging, logistics, or transportation industries
- Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required to effectively serve our diverse customer base
- Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to present confidently to stakeholders at all levels
- Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Power BI for data analysis and visualization
- Travel Availability: Willingness and ability to travel 50-75% of the time, including overnight stays and customer site visits across multiple regions
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep understanding of the produce industry's seasonal cycles, supply chain complexities, and cold chain logistics
- Experience with ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Background in reusable packaging, RPC programs, or sustainable packaging solutions
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts

Work Environment & Location
This is a fully remote position available to qualified candidates located in states where arenaflex is a registered employer. We offer flexibility while maintaining the collaborative spirit that's essential to our culture.
Preferred Locations: California, Arizona, Florida, Texas, or the Atlanta, Georgia metropolitan area. Candidates in these regions will be given priority consideration due to proximity to key customers and team resources.
Travel Requirements: This role requires extensive travel (50-75%), including regular customer visits, quarterly business reviews, training sessions, and cross-functional meetings. Travel may include overnight stays and visits to agricultural operations, distribution centers, and produce facilities across the United States.
