As a Customer Services Adviser, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, responding to their queries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, and your role will be to provide a responsive, solution-focused service that exceeds their expectations.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our residents, responding to their queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and professional manner
  • Provide information and support to customers regarding our services and policies
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve customer service skills and knowledge
  • *Essential Qualifications:**
  • Proven background of working in a busy contact centre or directly with members of the public, both face-to-face and over the phone
  • Experience of logging repairs and raising job orders for external contractors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and deal with challenging situations
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide support to colleagues
  • Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office and customer relationship management systems
  • *Preferred Qualifications:**
  • Experience of working in a housing association or similar organization
  • Knowledge of housing policies and procedures
  • Experience of working with vulnerable adults or children
  • Ability to speak multiple languages

  • Ability to work under pressure and deal with challenging situations
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide support to colleagues
  • Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office and customer relationship management systems
