What You'll Be Doing: Key Responsibilities

Your daily responsibilities as a Remote Customer Service Representative will include:


  • Answering incoming calls from customers seeking travel assistance and support

  • Reviewing customer history and account information to provide personalized service

  • Assisting customers with changing travel plans, including flight modifications, hotel date changes, and rental car adjustments

  • Monitor: Dual monitors, each capable of displaying at least 1920 x 1080 pixels

  • Sound: Standard sound card (included with most computers)

Where You'll Be Working: Geographic Availability

arenaflex contracts with Customer Service Representatives across 34 states throughout the United States. This position is fully remote, meaning you can work from anywhere within our eligible states without relocating.

Currently, arenaflex does not contract with individuals in the following states: Arkansas, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Maine, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Washington. Additionally, we are unable to consider candidates outside of the United States at this time.
