Position Overview

What You'll Do


As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your responsibilities will span multiple areas of our service operations. Here's what you can expect in this dynamic role:


  • Work Planning Support: Assist with scheduling and coordinating service appointments, ensuring optimal utilization of our service resources and timely customer support.

  • Professional Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between Client Guarantee Trained professionals and our Body Shop team, facilitating clear and effective information exchange.

  • Vehicle Appearance Coordination: Manage vehicle presentation arrangements, including coordinating with the CCC organization for appearance-related matters and ensuring vehicles meet our exacting standards.

  • Client Correspondence: Handle all customer communications professionally, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction throughout the service process.

  • Rental Coordination: Arrange rental vehicles for customers whose cars are in for service, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing inconvenience.

  • Vehicle Announcements: Manage updates and notifications regarding vehicle status, keeping all parties informed throughout the service lifecycle.

  • Inventory Management: Handle material and supplies reordering to ensure our service centers are always equipped to deliverprompt service.

  • Repair Review and Delivery: Participate in quality assurance processes, reviewing repairs before vehicle delivery to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

What You'll Bring


We're looking for candidates who bring a unique combination of skills, experience, and personal attributes. To succeed in this role, you should have:


  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required. Candidates with a certification from a Professional School in Crash Repair or related automotive fields are strongly preferred and will be given priority consideration.
