As a National Accounts Associate Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in supporting our client's operations team. Your responsibilities will include:


  • Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels, providing accurate and helpful information about products and services

  • Issue Resolution: Identify customer concerns, analyze problems, and offer effective solutions while maintaining professionalism and empathy

  • Dispatch Coordination: Process and dispatch client requests to the appropriate field teams, ensuring timely service delivery

  • Follow-Up Activities: Conduct follow-up communications with customers and field personnel to confirm resolution and gather feedback

  • Data Entry & Documentation: Accurately input and maintain customer information, service records, and transaction details in the system

  • Invoice Preparation: Generate and review invoices, financial statements, and related documentation

  • Report Generation: Create reports, letters, and correspondence as required by operations and management

  • Document Management: File, retrieve, and organize corporate documents, records, and reports efficiently

  • Correspondence Handling: Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail and electronic correspondence

Essential Qualifications
