What You'll Do: Your Role at arenaflex

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional support to our valued clients. This is a 100% remote position with flexible shift options to accommodate your lifestyle. You can choose between our daytime shift (10:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST) or our evening shift (11:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST). Please note that our late shift comes with an increased shift differential, providing additional compensation for your flexibility.

Your primary responsibilities will include:


  • Multi-Channel Customer Support: Handle incoming calls and chat interactions with clients, building trust through product knowledge and genuine care to determine their unique insurance needs.

  • Policy Service Management: Process service requests by working directly with insurance carriers and accurately documenting all transactions on our proprietary agency portal.

  • Conflict Resolution: Develop and hone conflict resolution and problem-solving skills as you address client concerns with empathy and professionalism.

  • Inquiry Management: Respond to client inquiries including billing questions, policy changes, coverage inquiries, and other related matters with accuracy and timeliness.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with peers, leadership, and other departments to ensure we service each caller's needs comprehensively and effectively.

  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in regular coaching sessions with our Operations Manager to refine your skills and achieve peak performance.

  • Licensing Opportunity: After your first year with arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to obtain your P&C (Property & Casualty) license—a valuable credential that can accelerate your career in the insurance industry.

  • Flexible Availability: Accommodate flexible working hours between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, to meet the diverse needs of our client base.

Training and Development: Your Path to Success

This training is designed to equip you with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to excel in your role. You'll learn about our platform, our products, our processes, and most importantly, our customers.

Throughout your training, you'll adhere to arenaflex guidelines for remote training, which includes interactive modules, live demonstrations, shadowing opportunities, and hands-on practice with our systems. Our goal is to ensure you feel supported from day one and have everything you need to succeed.

Essential Qualifications


  • Minimum one year of customer service experience (preferably in insurance, retail, sales, or a related field)

  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment

  • Excellent customer service and verbal/written communication skills

  • Ability to read and interpret policy screens in the agency management system/arenaflex platform

  • Strong multitasking capabilities with the ability to navigate multiple programs simultaneously

  • Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational skills

  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills

  • Self-motivation with the ability to demonstrate personable accountability

  • Effective collaboration skills in a team environment

Preferred (But Not Required) Qualifications


  • Prior insurance industry knowledge—though we provide comprehensive training!

  • Experience with agency management systems

  • Background in P&C insurance operations
