What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in our member experience team. Your daily responsibilities will include:


  • Handling Inbound Calls: Receive and respond to incoming calls from arenaflex members regarding their pharmacy benefit plans, prescription coverage, and healthcare questions.

  • Benefits Explanation: Help members understand their prescription drug coverage, including copays, deductibles, formulary information, and coverage limitations.

  • Mail Order Support: Assist members with mail-order prescription services, guiding them through the process of ordering medications through our convenient delivery options.

  • Issue Resolution: Address member concerns with empathy and efficiency, finding solutions that improve their healthcare experience and satisfaction.

  • Product Knowledge: Maintain thorough knowledge of arenaflex's pharmacy benefit plans, products, and services to provide accurate information.

  • Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions in our systems to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Work Schedule and Flexibility

We understand that life extends beyond the workplace. That's why arenaflex offers flexible scheduling options designed to help you balance your personal and professional responsibilities. Our customer service operations run from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM local time, seven days a week, providing multiple shift options to fit your availability.

For this position, we offer part-time schedules starting at 20 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours based on business needs and your performance. Shift times will vary and rotate to ensure we can serve our members throughout all operating hours. We work with you to find a schedule that aligns with your life circumstances while meeting our team requirements.

Work From Home Requirements

This position offers Work From Home (WFH) flexibility for qualified candidates. To ensure success in a remote environment, candidates must meet the following requirements:


  • Maintain a reliable high-speed internet connection meeting arenaflex's minimum speed requirements

  • Have a dedicated, quiet, and distraction-free workspace

  • Successfully complete our comprehensive training program

  • Possess the self-discipline and organization skills to thrive in a remote work setting

  • Be located within 75 miles of Monroeville to support occasional on-site requirements if needed
