What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to deliver exceptional support to our members. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Explaining Insurance Benefits: Help members understand their health insurance benefits, including in-network versus out-of-network coverage, deductible information, and maximum out-of-pocket limits. You will translate complex insurance terminology into clear, understandable language.

  • Supporting Mail-Order Pharmacy Services: Guide members through the process of ordering medications through our mail-order pharmacy services, ensuring they understand how to refill prescriptions, track shipments, and manage their medication deliveries.

  • Resolving Issues and Escalations: Address customer concerns with empathy and efficiency, working to resolve issues on the first call whenever possible. When escalation is necessary, you will collaborate with our senior support teams to ensure timely resolution.
