What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to our valued customers. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming calls from REALTORS, technicians, and homeowners in a professional and courteous manner
- Making determinations on appliances and processing claims accurately within our terms and conditions
- Providing clear, accurate information to resolve customer inquiries on the first call whenever possible
- Documenting interactions and maintaining detailed records of customer communications
- Escalating complex issues to appropriate departments while ensuring smooth handover and follow-up
- Adhering to company policies and procedures to maintain quality and consistency in service delivery
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills
Important Note: This position does NOT involve outbound cold-calling, sales, debt collections, or telemarketing calls. You'll focus exclusively on handling incoming customer inquiries, making this an ideal role for those who prefer a customer service approach without aggressive sales targets.

Qualifications We're Looking For
Essential Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Successful completion of background check and drug screen (required)
- Strong telephone skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
