Position Overview
We have an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative in a full-time, fully remote position. This role is ideal for individuals who are upbeat, possess exceptional communication skills, and excel at time management. As a Customer Service Rep at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, and your ability to deliver outstanding service will directly impact our reputation and success.

Work Schedule and Location
This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM CST. While the position is remote, candidates must reside within two hours of one of our service areas, including Taylor, San Antonio, San Marcos, Waco, or Kingsland.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:
- Multi-Channel Communication: Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication to address the needs of our customers professionally and efficiently.
- Order Processing: Accurately and efficiently input orders and appointments into multiple computer programs, documenting inquiries for outside sales teams.
- Problem Solving: Resolve customer issues independently and collaborate with team members to find effective solutions.
- Escalation Management: Handle escalated phone calls promptly to minimize customer irritation; provide detailed summaries to managers for continuous improvement.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, ensuring proper filing and documentation.
- Technical Proficiency: Work on PC systems and navigate Windows environments with ease; quickly learn new programs and product knowledge.
- General Office Duties: Perform various administrative tasks including filing, faxing, and creating Word and Excel documents as needed.
- Flexibility: Adapt to changing priorities and perform other duties as needed on an ad-hoc basis.
