What You Will Do
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibility is to create meaningful, empathetic connections with our members. You'll be their champion, advocating for their best health at every interaction. Here's what you can expect in this role:
- Build Trusting Relationships: Take accountability to fully understand each member's unique needs by building a trusting and caring relationship. Listen actively to their concerns, ask clarifying questions, and engage with them to the fullest extent possible.
- Anticipate Needs: Go beyond answering asked questions by anticipating unasked questions and proactively providing information that helps members make informed decisions about their health care.
- Claims Mastery: Perform thorough reviews of member claim history to ensure accurate tracking of benefit maximums, coinsurance, and deductibles. Help members understand their financial responsibilities and maximize their benefits.
- Financial Accuracy: Perform financial data maintenance as necessary to ensure records remain accurate and up-to-date.
- Education and Advocacy: Explain members' rights and responsibilities in accordance with their contract. Educate members about online resources available to them, empowering them to take control of their health journey.

- Internet Service: Select an internet service that is either broadband or fiber (e.g., similar to Verizon Fios, Comcast). A minimum of 25 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload is required.
- Higher Speeds Recommended: Remember, the higher the speed, the better your internet performance. Consider the internet usage of others in your household during your scheduled working hours.
- Wired Connection Required: A hardwired (ethernet) connection is required. Wireless connections introduce the risk of performance degradation that could impact member interactions.
- Bandwidth Management: Streaming video content and gaming will significantly reduce the amount of bandwidth available for your work. You may need to obtain a higher speed internet connection to ensure your ability to perform your work is not affected.
