LeafGuard is a trusted source for quality gutter systems, and they are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Customer Service Sales Representative. The role involves engaging with customer prospects to boost revenue growth and customer acquisition while providing excellent service and support.


Responsibilities

  • Responsible for treating every customer with the utmost courtesy while maintaining a positive outlook on every call
  • Be knowledgeable about our company products and services
  • Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
  • Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
  • Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems
  • Answer questions about the products
  • Make outgoing calls to confirm appointments
  • Manage call outgoing call follow ups
  • Incoming calls and responding to customers’ requests
  • Book appointments with a high degree of data accuracy
  • Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills on a consistent basis
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
  • Responsible for adapting to fast-changing guidelines with customers
  • Educates clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, providing information
  • Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

Skills

  • High school graduate or G.E.D
  • A minimum of one year's experience in an inbound/outbound contact center or customer service is preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in speaking on the phone, using the computer and keyboard simultaneously
  • The ability to type at least 30 words per minute or 10000 keystrokes both alpha and numeric is preferred
  • Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirements
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Must have strong selling ability over the telephone
  • Ability to overcome objections and gain customer commitment
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Maintain reliable transportation to ensure punctuality for shifts
  • Ability to have a flexible schedule during peak season
  • Subject to background check
  • Must also be available to work various shifts between the hours of 7:30 AM To 11:00 PM from Monday to Sunday (40 hours a week)
