As a Customer Service Project Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and build sustainable relationships
  • Providing accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools
  • Meeting personal and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handling customer complaints, providing solutions and alternatives, and following up to ensure resolution
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents
  • Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Taking the extra mile to engage customers and exceed their expectations

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 3+ years of customer service and project management experience
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • A track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • High school degree
  • Experience in the furniture industry or hospitality industry is highly preferred
