Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for delivering top-tier service to every customer while supporting the overall operations of our retail location. Below is a detailed breakdown of the key duties you will perform in this role:

Customer Experience Excellence

Store Appearance and Merchandising

  • Receive and price incoming shipments as directed by the store manager or shift leader, ensuring products are ready for customer purchase.

  • Ensure full compliance with state and local regulations regarding controlled products, including alcoholic beverages and tobacco items.

  • Develop and maintain engaging product displays, including promotional, seasonal, and special event merchandising. Complete resets and updates as directed.

  • Assist with proper food separation (e.g., raw foods from pre-cooked items) and product positioning according to company policies and procedures. For consumable items, assist with stock rotation using the first-in, first-out (FIFO) method and restock out-of-stock items.

Additional Services and Support


  • Demonstrate working knowledge of store systems and equipment to assist customers and colleagues effectively.

  • Provide exceptional customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo services, banner printing, creative machine usage, and special photo product sales.

  • Handle web order responsibilities, including monitoring orders in the system, picking items from the sales floor, and delivering orders to customers as they arrive at the store.

  • Assist with internal and external store maintenance to ensure a clean, tidy, and professional store environment and appearance.
