We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our arenaflex team as a Customer Service Associate. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.   • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • **Customer Experience:**
  • + Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.+ Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience.+ Model and share customer service best practices with all team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
  • **Operations:**
  • + Provide customers with courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service.+ Recommend items for sale to customers and recommend trade-up and/or companion items.+ Register customer purchases on assigned cash register, collect cash, and distribute change as requested.+ Process voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
  • **Store Maintenance:**
  • + Keep counters and shelves clean and well-merchandised.+ Take inventory and maintain records.+ Check in and price merchandise as required or as directed by store manager or communicated by the shift leader.
  • **Asset Protection:**
  • + Implement Company asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss.+ Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products (e.g., alcoholic beverages and tobacco products).
  • **Visual Merchandising:**
  • + Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise.+ Complete resets and revisions as directed.
  • **Photo Services:**
  • + Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine.+ Suggestively sell promotional photo products.
  • **Web Pick-up:**
  • + Monitor orders in Picture Care Plus.+ Fill orders (pick items).+ Deliver orders to customers as they arrive at the store.
  • **Store Maintenance:**
  • + Assist with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring a clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance.
  • *Essential Qualifications:**
  • Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
  • Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
  • *Preferred Qualifications:**
  • Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
  • Prefer prior work experience with arenaflex.
  • Prefer to be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.

  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
