Customer Service Agent (m/f/d)

In this role, you will be working as a support agent recording, analyzing and processing incoming support requests. You will collaborate with multiple teams to generate great customer satisfaction with customers across Europe. Your mission

You record, analyze and process incoming support requests via a ticket system
Your focus is on processing customer enquiries and complaints
You work closely with other departments such as Sales, Product Management or Software Development to ensure optimal customer satisfaction

Your profile

Initial experience in customer service, support, sales, or parcel logistics
Enjoyment of customer contact and hands-on-mentality
Friendly and solution-orientated conversation skills
Strong service mindset and quick understanding when dealing with new issues
Native in Dutch, fluent in written and spoken English
Customer satisfaction is your top priority
