Customer Service Agent - Allstate Insurance Agency

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Insurance Agent to join our dynamic team! This is a remote (i.e., work-from-home) position. Florida 2-20 or 20-44 insurance license required. Prior insurance experience is required. You will be responsible for servicing customer accounts and cross selling insurance products to existing customers/new prospects. Responsibilities
• Cross-sell products to existing customers
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of products and services
