    Job Description:
  • Partner with sales leadership to identify, develop, and execute trade marketing solutions including programs and selling material.
  • Focus on top markets including state / regional chains.
  • Serve as a strategic link between sales leadership and brand excellence team.
  • Develop and execute compelling insight driven trade marketing programs.
  • Identify and activate custom promotional material and brand activations.
  • Customer facing selling role developing customized, powerful sales material and presentations.
  • Consulted internally on national program development and innovation.
  • Partner with Business Intelligence to provide general market and distributor sales teams with the tools and resources.
  • Conduct ongoing category and channel analysis.
  • Measure and evaluate trade programming initiatives.
    Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or commercial marketing
  • Beverage Alcohol experience including understanding of the different channel dynamics
  • Ability to develop strong cross-functional relationships, while navigating and resolving interdepartmental challenges
  • Experience with syndicated data analysis and budget management
  • Adept at managing multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Enjoys working collaboratively, yet comfortable operating in ambiguity
  • Creative, strategic thinker with ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Skilled presenter
  • Self-motivated with a sense of urgency
  • Anticipated travel up to 25%
