- Assess customer needs and provide personalized solutions to meet their home and business requirements
- Adjust billing, negotiate claims, and arrange product substitutions/returns to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage customer concerns while meeting goals in Serving, Solving, and Selling
- Remain current on arenaflex Business products and services to provide expert advice and guidance
- Own the customer experience, ensuring every interaction is positive and memorable
- Provide support to internal sales representatives to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction

- High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience
- 6 months of experience using a computer and navigating multiple screens
- 1 or more years of customer service experience
- Excellent skills in creating an exceptional customer experience, sales orientation, multi-tasking, building customer rapport, and problem-solving
- Ability to learn and apply new procedures
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Solid analytical skills to determine the best course of action to resolve issues
- Must be able to work in a highly structured call center environment
- Enthusiastic and personable
- *Preferred qualifications**
- 1 year of experience working in a position that requires meeting sales goals
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, not specific to just Call Centers
- Strong aptitude for helping customers and a customer experience focus
- Ability to adapt to constant change
