Position Overview: Remote Customer Experience Representative

As a Customer Experience Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the frontline voice of our company, handling customer interactions across multiple channels including phone calls, emails, online forms, and other communication platforms. This role is primarily focused on assisting customers with parking inquiries, payment processing for parking notices, and providing exceptional service for both monthly and daily parking requirements.

This is a permanent, full-time work-from-home position offering competitive compensation ranging from $17.50 to $22.60 per hour. You'll join a team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about customer success and committed to excellence in every interaction.

Work Schedule & Location

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home anywhere in Canada. The standard work schedule is 35 to 40 hours per week during our hours of operation: 8:30am – 5pm Pacific Time / 11:30am – 8pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. We value work-life balance and have designed this schedule to accommodate our team members while ensuring we can serve our customers during peak business hours.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Representative at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:


  • Customer Inquiry Management: Professionally handle customer inquiries regarding parking violation notices, general parking questions, monthly parking accounts, and various other customer service matters with speed, agility, and accuracy.

  • Payment Processing: Process secure payments for parking violation notices while maintaining strict adherence to security protocols and data protection standards.

  • Multi-System Navigation: Efficiently toggle between multiple arenaflex systems and databases to look up customer information, update records, and log important details about each customer interaction.

  • Communication Excellence: Maintain exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in both verbal (phone) and textual (email, chat, and SMS) communications, ensuring every interaction reflects our professional standards.

  • Data Privacy & Records Management: Handle customer records with the utmost sensitivity to privacy, maintaining confidentiality and complying with all relevant data protection regulations.

  • Customer Success Champion: Demonstrate empathy and excellent listening skills while fostering customer success by efficiently resolving inquiries and complaints to the customer's complete satisfaction.

  • Performance Excellence: Embrace performance-based targets and participate in call monitoring and recording programs designed to help you grow and improve in your role.

  • Quality Written Communication: Demonstrate superior grammar skills and professional written language in all customer communications.

  • Additional Duties: Handle other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the customer experience team.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent certification.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a high-volume, fast-paced customer service environment is strongly preferred.
  • Work Ethic: A strong work ethic, exceptional reliability, and the ability to maintain professionalism and poise under pressure.
  • Communication Skills: Superior interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills that enable you to connect with customers and represent arenaflex professionally.
  • Typing Speed: Ability to type at least 40 words per minute (WPM) for efficient data entry and customer communication.
  • Attention to Detail: Consistent attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks, ensuring accuracy in every interaction.
  • Physical Capability: Ability to work from a seated position at a desk and talk on the phone for up to 8 hours per day.
  • Home Office Setup: A designated quiet, uninterrupted workspace at home with a reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • Technical Requirements: Computer with at least 6GB RAM, USB wired headset and microphone, a keyboard with numpad, and a monitor for use during the probation period.
  • Mobile Device: An Android smartphone or iPhone is required for two-factor authentication purposes.
  • Residency: Must be a resident of Canada (this opportunity is only available to Canadian residents).

Preferred Qualifications & Assets

While not required, the following would be considered strong assets:


  • Knowledge of contact center policies and software, including CRM systems and phone systems

  • Previous experience in the parking or transportation industry

  • Familiarity with payment processing systems and security protocols

  • Experience in a remote work environment

  • Bilingual capabilities (English and French) would be an asset
