- Job Description:
- Build and replicate CRM automations and workflows in Zoho
- Identify and flag potential problems in workflows before issues arise
- Create dashboards across multiple Zoho locations
- Execute automation projects with moderate independence
- Handle general executive assistant tasks and manage administrative responsibilities
- Create and maintain SOPs and process documentation
- Collaborate with technical team members on automation issues
- Requirements:
- Experience with CRM systems (Zoho preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Highly detail-oriented and organized
- Comfortable handling executive assistant tasks (emails, invoices, admin)
- Familiarity with AI and automation tools (Zapier a plus)
- Willingness to work in US time zone schedule
