CRM Integrity Analyst

Williams College is introducing a newly created role for a CRM Integrity Analyst. In this position, you will leverage analytical skills to enhance CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and functionality to support fundraising and alumni engagement efforts.


Responsibilities

  • Evaluate operational needs and use expertise to strengthen CRM systems
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance data structures, build and maintain reports, streamline workflows, and automate processes
  • Design and implement system enhancements including queries, validations, and data structures
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and data integrity
  • Evaluate, develop, code, test, implement, and document identified projects
  • Simplify and automate tasks by reviewing existing processes
  • Support system integrations, troubleshoot technical and data issues, and provide user support
  • Partner with the Data Management team on key data entry work, including donations and constituent records
  • Handle ad hoc tickets received from end users
  • Serve as a backup when the Assistant Director is not available

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of experience in data quality assurance or data maintenance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience with data quality, data maintenance, and attention to detail
  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate new software systems
  • Proficiency with Google applications
  • Strong discretion in handling confidential information
  • Experience evaluating processes and identifying improvements
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and as part of a team
  • Experience with CRM queries, SQL, or other programming languages
  • Experience with Slate CRM
  • Experience with system integrations and data exchanges (SnapLogic a plus)
  • Familiarity with advancement systems and business processes
