They are seeking a Credit Union Member Solutions Specialist to manage delinquent member accounts with empathy and understanding, focusing on improving members' financial lives through effective collections processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage delinquent member accounts with empathy and understanding
• Monitor bankruptcies and repossessions
• Work with outside agencies and attorneys
