Tasks


Key Responsibilities


Creative Strategy Development



  • Develop and own the creative strategy for paid ads based on campaign objectives and growth KPIs.

  • Translate performance data and audience insights into creative hypotheses and clear briefs.

  • Partner with design, growth, and content teams to ensure strategic consistency across channels.


Copywriting



  • Write high-performing ad copy for Meta Ads.

  • Adapt messaging and tone to different formats (video, UGC, static) and stages of the funnel.

  • Ensure linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance across languages.


Testing & Optimization



  • Collaborate on A/B testing plans for creatives, headlines, CTAs, and messaging angles.

  • Analyze performance data to identify patterns and optimize creative direction.

  • Continuously iterate based on learnings, feedback, and campaign results.


Requirements



  • 3+ years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or direct-response advertising.

  • Strong English proficiency

  • Proven track record of writing performance-oriented ad copy.

  • Familiarity with KPIs and analytics in digital marketing (CTR, ROAS, CAC, retention).

  • Strong understanding of paid ad platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, etc.).

  • Research-driven mindset and ability to derive insights from trends, data, and culture.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.

  • Strong interest in integrating AI into daily tasks for increased productivity and the best possible outcome.


Nice to Have



  • Experience working in DTC, eCommerce, or agency settings.

  • Knowledge of localization strategy for European markets.

  • Background in branding, psychology, or storytelling is an advantage.
