From managing $2M+ event budgets to coordinating complex vendor logistics across the globe, you will ensure that the "paper trail" is as impeccable as the physical event production.Key Responsibilities ✅Project Management 📋

  • Budget Oversight 💰

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a "Type A" approach to digital filing
    Creative & Aesthetic Sense ✨
  • You have a strong appreciation for design, presentation, luxury experiences, and guest experience. You don't just manage tasks—you understand the vision behind them.
    Organization & Execution ✨
  • Highly detail-oriented with a natural ability to create order from complexity. You excel at managing timelines, workflows, and multiple moving parts without sacrificing quality.
    Proactive Problem Solver 🧠
  • Don’t wait for a "paper trail" to be handed to you—you create it
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and can lead through the "weeds" of a project
