Creative Production Assistant

Vego Garden is a leading brand in raised garden beds, committed to making gardening accessible and sustainable. They are seeking a Creative Production Assistant to support logistical production and content creation, contributing to inspiring content for their projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist with set preparations including basic staging, equipment placement, and prop arrangement
• Source and coordinate talent, props, and materials in advance of shoot dates
• Manage shoot day logistics such as food ordering and supply runs
• Assist team members throughout content shoots, including moving equipment, adjusting props, and providing general on-set support
• Organize, sort, and label photo and media files following shoots to ensure efficient storage and retrieval
• Support basic content production tasks as needed throughout the editing and delivery process
• Capture phone-based content as directed, supporting the production team with straightforward filming tasks
• Comply with Company policies and procedures
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Skills

• Entry-level, open to recent graduates and those early in their careers
• A college degree is a plus, but not required
• Experience in content creation, photography, or media production is a plus, but not required
• Self-motivated and dependable with a strong willingness to learn and grow within a creative environment
• Comfortable with hands-on, physical tasks on set including moving equipment, organizing props, and supporting production from start to finish
• Strong collaborative spirit with a positive, team-first attitude and the ability to take direction well
• A natural eye for aesthetics and basic visual awareness
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
