You will join our Professional Services creative team that produces performance ad creatives for mobile app clients at scale. As we grow the volume and complexity of client work, we need a Creative Producer who can independently own the full cycle — from brief to final delivery — and push our creative success rate higher. This role directly impacts client retention and campaign performance.

What You’ll Do
Receive and deeply analyze client briefs to understand product positioning, audience, and KPIs

Research the client’s product and study competitor creatives across TikTok, Reels, and ad libraries

Write detailed, production-ready scripts for short-form video ad creatives (target: ~25 per week)

Source and organize visual/content references to guide creative direction

Supervise creative production to ensure scripts are executed correctly by editors and motion designers

QA final creatives before client delivery — checking for quality, brand alignment, and brief compliance

Iterate on scripts based on performance data and feedback loops

What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in performance creative production, content strategy, or a related role

Solid understanding of mobile app marketing and what makes short-form video ads convert

Deep, organic familiarity with TikTok and Instagram Reels — you consume this content daily and understand what hooks audiences

Ability to write clear, concise, production-ready scripts that translate well into video

Comfortable working at high volume and fast pace — 25 scripts/week is the target

Strong attention to detail and ability to QA creatives against a brief

Nice to Have
Experience working at a creative or performance marketing agency

Familiarity with ad spy tools (e.g., MobileAction, AppFollow, Meta Ad Library)

Basic understanding of video production workflows (editing, motion graphics handoffs)

Experience writing scripts across multiple verticals (games, fintech, health, utilities)
