Company Overview
The Product Strategy and Operations Analyst role is focused on executing strategies developed by the Product Strategy and Operations team to enable DG Media Network’s growth and operational excellence. This position brings product and process initiatives to life by managing day‑to‑day execution, supporting capability launches, and establishing clear operational routines, documentation, and ways of working. While primarily execution‑focused, the role also contributes to strategy development by analyzing trends, identifying opportunities, and providing insights that inform future product and operational priorities.
Job Details
Execute ad product and operational initiatives that support DG Media Network’s growth,scalability, and day to day effectiveness, including accurate and timely entry and maintenance of revenue related data in operational systems. (20%)
Monitor, track, and report on established operational routines, ensuring consistent adoption, performance, and follow through across teams. (20%)
Support management of the product and capabilities roadmap by gathering requirements, organizing inputs, documenting priorities, and maintaining visibility into timelines and dependencies. (20%)
Partner cross functionally to coordinate testing, readiness, and launch activities for new capabilities and product enhancements. (10%)
Collect, analyze, and synthesize stakeholder feedback, performance data, and industry insights to help identify gaps, risks, and opportunities, and support the Operations team in informing future direction. (10%)
Document, maintain, and continuously improve processes, workflows, and operational artifacts designed to operationalize products, drive efficiency, and reduce friction as the business scales. (5%)
Contribute to a client focused, collaborative culture by approaching work with strong attention to detail, accountability, and a solutions oriented mindset. (5%)
