- 20four7VA is seeking a Senior-Level Medical Scribe / Charting Virtual Assistant to support a Nurse Practitioner in daily documentation, patient note preparation, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is someone who can work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical workflow, manage sensitive patient information with the highest level of confidentiality, and maintain compliance with HIPAA guidelines.Requirements
- Senior-Level Experience as a Medical Scribe, Healthcare VA, Nurse VA, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical documentation
- HIPAA Certified (Preferred; highly prioritized)
- Previous experience supporting a Nurse Practitioner or medical professional
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with high accuracy in documentation
- Ability to work part-time during mid to late afternoon PST
- Tech-savvy with experience in OneDrive (required) and PointClickCare (preferred but not required)
- Ability to handle fast-paced workloads (20–30 patients/day)
