Apply via Dice today!<br><br><strong>About this Position:<br><br></strong><strong>Job Title: Cornerstone LMS Administrator / Architect<br><br></strong><strong>Responsibilities:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Analyze and optimize Cornerstone OnDemand configuration to align with organizational goals and best practices </li><li>Customize Learning, Performance, Recruiting, and HR modules to meet business requirements </li><li>Enhance user experience by improving UI and implementing efficient, user-friendly workflows </li><li>Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and maintain data governance policies </li><li>Develop custom reports, dashboards, and use analytics to track KPIs and effectiveness </li><li>Deliver end-user and customized training, including manuals, tutorials, and LMS programs </li><li>Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and act as the primary contact for issues </li><li>Ensure compliance and security, conduct audits, and drive continuous system improvements <br><br></li></ul><strong>Required qualifications:</strong> <br><br><ul><li>The Senior Technical Lead (STL) must each have a minimum of two years of experience providing STL services to a State Department performing at minimum, one or more of the following tasks:</li><ul><li>Analytical thinking and problem-solving. </li><li>Technical expertise and database management. </li><li>Data management and visualization. </li><li>Project management and organizational skills. </li><li>Critical thinking. </li><li>Attending regular project meetings and openly communicating to inform status, provide recommendations and discuss next steps and actions needed to perform tasks. </li><li>Developing, presenting and timely completing Project Tasks/Deliverables. </li><li>Working collaboratively with IT staff. </li><li>Supporting knowledge transfer. </li></ul><li>The STL must have a minimum of two consecutive years of experience in the last 10 years working providing STL consultative services to federal, state, local or public agencies. </li><li>The STL must possess a bachelor's degree which can be verified by the State during evaluation of the proposals. </li><li>Consultant must submit unofficial school transcript(s) which document degree requirements have been met. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Desirable Qualifications:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Consultant who possess more than two years of demonstrated experience performing contracted STL services to one or more State Client(s), Office(s) or Department(s). </li><li>Years of experience need not be consecutive or limited to the last 10 years and is in addition to the experience.</li></ul>
