We are seeking a highly organised Executive Assistant with strong finance administration capability to support the Managing Director of Property Management and leadership team. This role combines executive support with the creation and management of recurring financial reports and structured administrative processes.
The primary focus is to streamline executive workflows and systemise repetitive finance reporting to ensure efficiency, and scalability
What you'll do
Executive support
Manage calendar, scheduling, and travel arrangements
Prepare meeting materials and reporting packs
Manage expense claims and credit card reconciliations
Assist with content writing and drafting of emails
Coordinate with accountants, advisors, and external stakeholders
Provide general executive and administrative support
Assisting with ad-hoc administration tasks, including data entry
Finance Reporting & Administration
Create and maintain recurring financial reports and KPI dashboards
Assist with CRM (hubspot) management
Assist with month-end reporting and board materials
Maintain revenue and expense tracking templates
Experience / Qualifications
Strong EA background with finance exposure
Strong Excel and reporting capability
Preferably experience with hubspot and monday.com
Highly organised, process-driven and detail-oriented
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
