Saluda Medical is a commercial‑stage medical device company focused on developing treatments for chronic neurological conditions using its novel closed‑loop neuromodulation platform. The company’s proprietary technology senses and measures neural responses to stimulation and automatically adjusts therapy based on real‑time neurophysiological feedback.

Saluda Medical’s first product, the Evoke® System, is designed to deliver known, consistent, and personalized spinal cord stimulation therapy by objectively measuring neural responses and maintaining therapy within a prescribed therapeutic window. Saluda Medical is headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

This role sits at the intersection of revenue growth, compliance, and operational scale - ensuring the company can effectively translate complex commercial relationships into clear, defensible, and scalable agreements. The impact is in removing friction from the sales process while safeguarding the business: enabling faster deal velocity without compromising regulatory rigor or contract integrity in a highly regulated medtech environment. This position tackles challenges such as balancing speed vs. accuracy, navigating evolving healthcare regulations, and aligning cross-functional stakeholders around contract strategy. Success means strengthening Saluda’s contracting infrastructure, improving visibility into risk and performance, and ultimately accelerating patient access to innovative neuromodulation therapies.

Responsibilities:

Draft, negotiate, and manage customer contracts with high attention to detail

Develop subject-matter expertise on contract formation, compliance

Maintain contract records, metrics, and compliance materials

Collaborate cross-functionally to manage contracts, networks, members

Ensure adherence to federal, state, and company regulations, policies

Partner with sales representatives to strengthen contract position(s)

Manage multiple projects/sprints, escalate complexities as needed

Qualifications:

Strong qualitative and communication skills, experience with Microsoft Office

Willingness to learn/expand medical device marketplace (and HLS Industry) know-how

Strategic thinker; ability to support revenue-adjacent priorities and condense timelines

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Detail-oriented; can manage multiple detailed initiatives to completion

Desire to grow and expand your scope of responsibility, credibility, influence
