- Meta is seeking a Business Systems Analyst with analytical and operational experience to work on systems-related business needs that support the Compensation Team.Requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and implement solutions aligned with business objectives and support strategic initiatives
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate business requirements into functional requirements
- Support system testing, develop UAT plans, and coordinate training activities to ensure successful solution deployment and user adoption
- Utilize knowledge of Workday, BI Tools, relational databases, and Excel to build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics
- Apply expertise in quantitative analysis, data aggregation, and the presentation of data to inform business decisions
- Manage the intake of ad-hoc reporting requests
- Support results by providing data to measure key operational metrics
- Support the group with system reporting, audits, security administration, data loads, data warehouse reporting, and SharePoint administration
