Compensation Partner / Analyst III (Contract)

We’re partnering with a leading game studio to hire a Compensation Partner / Analyst III for a 6‑month contract. This role is 100% remote (within California only) and offers the chance to drive meaningful compensation initiatives.
Pay Rate: $60–$86/hour (W2)
- What You’ll Do:
- Partner with HR, TA, and leaders on complex compensation matters and pay equity
- Support annual compensation planning, job leveling, and off‑cycle reviews
- Design and maintain fair, competitive compensation practices
- Use data and modeling to provide insights and recommendations
- Support job architecture and compensation governance processes
- What We’re Looking For:
- 6–8 years of experience in Compensation or Total Rewards
- Strong knowledge of U.S. compensation laws and compliance
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (modeling & analysis)
- Ability to communicate insights to business and leadership
- Workday and international compensation experience is a plus
