- Position our Fortune 100 client as a leader in developer tools, open-source contributions, and cutting-edge technology
- Build and manage relationships with developers, maintain and grow open-source communities
- Serve as the primary touchpoint for engaging with engineers, contributors, and technical enthusiasts across social platforms
- Define engagement strategies for open-source contributors and developer advocates
- Collaborate with Developer Advocacy, Product, and Marketing teams to craft high-value content and engagement strategies
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field is preferred)
- 5+ years of community management experience within developer relations, technical community management and/or open-source communities
- Strong understanding of open-source ecosystems, developer tools, APIs, and technical communities
- Experience managing and engaging developer communities on platforms like GitHub, Discord, Stack Overflow, Twitter (X), YouTube and Reddit
- Experience in content creation tailored to technical audiences, including documentation, blog posts, tutorials, and webinars
- Strong copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical topics
