- Job Duties:
- Responsible for educating the community and our partners regarding our home health and palliative services.
- Manage all accounts within defined territory which include hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, physicians and other in a position to refer home health to Acacia.
- Develop Pre-Call plan/Weekly Routing and visits.
- Developing and presenting educational information to community.
- Prepare and conduct in-services with accounts.
- Reports to the Director of Business Development and works closely with the Clinical Interdisciplinary Group, Intake Coordinator and office staff.
- Other duties as assigned by DBD and leadership team.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Healthcare Sales Professional. Experience in home health required.
- Two year experience in health care sales and marketing.
Location: North OC - Garden Grove, Westminster & Fountain Valley and surrounding area

- Able to prepare reports, and to interact with professional partners and peers (proficiency in a second language that corresponds to the language of a significant portion of the patient population is desirable).
- Must have reliable transportation, an insured vehicle and CA Driver License.
- Must show considerable initiative, judgment and organizational skills to work independently in an unsupervised environment.
- Strong knowledge of the Home Health and Palliative philosophies, industry, and regulations relevant to job responsibilities.
