Full-Time Employment: Base pay + commissions + full benefits

✅ 2+ years selling to apartment complexes, student housing, or multi-family developers
✅ Proven closing $25K+ monthly gym/amenity deals
✅ Existing relationships with property managers or regional developers
✅ Independent hunter who thrives on relationship sales
✅ Daytime availability M-F with travel flexibility
✅ Understands multi-family needs: durable equipment, fast installs, ongoing service

Position Summary: Own end-to-end multi-family gym solutions from your local base:

Sell complete gym packages to apartment properties

Design, procure equipment, install, service, asset/warranty management

Target your local market + national multi-family leads

Job Requirements
✅ Multi-family sales track record ($25K+ monthly closes)
✅ Reliable transportation for property visits
✅ High School Diploma or GED
✅ Clean background & drug test
✅ Professional appearance

Work Schedule & Pay
Part-time (15-20 hrs/wk) or full-time, M-F daytime
10-20% travel for key properties
100% commission start (uncapped on apartment deals)
Contractors first 3 months/200 hours → full-time eligible
