• Deep expertise in the beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or wellness industry

• Experience in partnership development and strategic collaborations

• Ability to attract investors and negotiate commercial agreements

• Leadership maturity to build and inspire high-performing teams

This role requires gravitas, operational discipline, and growth mindset.

• Lead product strategy, brand positioning, and go-to-market execution

• Represent the company in investor and media engagements

• Build organizational culture and operational excellence
