This position spearheads strategic capital projects across the Global Supply Chain. The ideal candidate possesses a robust background in industrial spaces, with expertise in mechanical and electrical design and software integration for comprehensive sub-system capabilities.

Lead Capital Critical Planning initiatives, aligning short-term and long-term projects with company objectives.
Introduce innovative technologies to drive company growth and competitive advantage.
Oversee project performance, including planning, resource management, quality control, and profitability.

Direct a cross-functional team of professionals, fostering collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
Ensure proper coordination between team members, subcontractors, and clients.
Provide work assignments and performance reviews to optimize staff utilization.

Develop and approve Master Engineering Projects, including drawings, specifications, and data sheets.
